Comprehensive service: You have the option to entrust your unit to the experienced operator Zdrojowa Hotels for professional management.
Costs covered by the Operator: When the apartment is handed over to Zdrojowa Hotels for management, the operator covers the ongoing maintenance costs of the unit, such as utilities (electricity, water), and service charges to the homeowners' association.
Zdrojowa Club Membership: Automatic membership after purchasing an apartment and placing it under Zdrojowa Hotels management. Exclusive privileges and amenities for Owners, including preferential conditions for owner stays* across the Zdrojowa Hotels network, both in the mountains and by the sea.
The units offered by Zdrojowa Invest Projekt 9 Sp. z o.o. are tourist service units located in apartment buildings. Zdrojowa Invest does not currently use escrow accounts for condo properties, in accordance with applicable regulations. In this case, sales progress and financial backing ensure the completion of construction. By law, the Owner may sell their unit at any stage. Zdrojowa Invest holds the right of first refusal at a price set by the Owner. Currently, Zdrojowa Invest 2 Sp. z o.o. manages the secondary market, improving the liquidity of such properties. However, the sale of any property carries inherent risks. Entrepreneurs and businesses subject to VAT may be eligible for a VAT refund on their purchase, while relevant taxes may apply upon sale. The optional and preferred operator for the apartments in this investment is Zdrojowa Rent 2 Sp. z o.o. The quarterly rental fee for multi-year leases is 50% of the variable net income from tourist rentals, which may be subject to favorable tax treatment under applicable regulations. Naturally, the Owner may use the unit for personal purposes. Standard market and legal costs associated with unit ownership apply, but during the rental period under Zdrojowa, the owner only pays for the property's shared maintenance fund, apartment insurance, and property tax. The right to use the rented unit or a unit in another location under preferential conditions is a privilege.
