In the tourist real estate segment, we also develop apartment and commercial properties with the option of professional rental management. Our hotel system provides a steady income from rentals. In the case of apartment and service investments, we share the apartment revenue with the owner on a 50/50 basis. By entrusting the apartment to professional management, the owner can be sure that their investment is working for them. In this way, they earn not only from the increasing value of their apartment. In addition, at a time convenient for them, they can enjoy the comforts of their apartment as part of timesharing (in the colloquial sense). The idea is for business partners to earn money together on real estate that is competitive with financial products such as bank deposits.
